The wax figure of hip hop icon Lil Wayne has been on display at the Hollywood Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee for over a year, but it is now going viral for the wrong reasons.
41-year old rapper, Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., AKA Lil Wayne, took to X (formally Twitter) to express his displeasement of the wax figure. His recent post stated, “Sorry wax museum but dat s— ain’t me! You tried tho and I appreciate the effort.”
Lil Wayne’s bold yet hilarious response set the internet on fire. A barrage of comments agreeing with the rapper are flooding social media. One fan posted,”Who is that?” another responded by saying, “They did da goat dirty”.
There are many spot on wax figures on display with uncanny similarities to stars but this one is being called a failure by fans. At least Weezy appreciates the effort, better luck next time.
