Founder and CEO of Fashion Nova, Richard Saghian, recently purchased a 175,000 square foot
building in Beverly Hills, CA, to serve as the companies new headquarters. The office space came with a hefty price tag of 118 million. It is now home for over 500 employees and will house the upscale, private, Nova Social Club.
“Nova Social Club will be a modern sanctuary for talent, influencers, creatives, and tastemakers,” said Saghian. “Fashion Nova was the pioneer of social media marketing, creating a digital platform for influencers and creators when the industry was in its infancy. And now, we’re pioneering a physical space for this community to connect, collaborate, and interact with our brand. There is nothing like this currently existing in the fashion industry, period.”
The 4-story building contains a 2-story glass store front, an atrium sky bridge, solarium, several outdoor terraces, and 3 stories of underground parking. Saghian stated the modern design and location attracted him to the property. Other plans for the property include a wellness spa, fitness studio, gym, podcast studios, screening room, meditation & yoga garden, and more.
Fashion Nova is one of the world’s leading apparel companies. Their clothes have been worn by many celebrities including Megan The Stallion, Ice Spice, Chris Brown, Floyd Mayweather, Rick Ross, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner.
In a statement Saghian told The Post, “This state-of-the-art facility not only provides us with ample space for growth, but also embodies the vibrant, innovative spirit that drives the brand.”
