Kenkaide Haynes into the world on July 18, 2024. The new mom recently took to social media to share her 4-week postpartum body while explaining the special meaning of her newborn baby’s name.
The baby’s middle name is Ashanti’s father first name, which is a tribute to him since he only had girls. The songstress stated it was Nelly’s idea to name the baby after her father whom they affectionately nick named “KK”.
The couple reunited in early 2023 and reportedly got married in December 2023, after a decade long breakup. The new mom expressed it has been her desire to become a mom for a long time. A representative for the couple released a statement saying, “The proud and happy parents are so in love with KK.”
