Jordin Sparks rose to fame in 2007 after winning the 6th season of “American Idol”. Shortly after her big win she released her self-titled debut album, which included hits like “Tattoo” and “No Air,” a duet with Chris Brown. “No Air” became a big success and earned them a Grammy Award nomination. Sparks has since released several albums, including “Battlefield” and “Right Here Right Now.”
Apart from her music career, Jordin Sparks has also ventured into acting. She made her acting debut in the 2012 film “Sparkle,” where she starred alongside Whitney Houston. Sparks went on to appear in several other movies including, “God Bless the Broken Road”, “Snow Dogs”, “Dear Secret Santa”, “The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete, and more.
