Actor Kel Mitchell, known for his role as Ed on Good Burger, is speaking out after news broke that he was hospitalized under unknown circumstances. As the news spread many stars including Damon Wayans Jr., Yvette Nicole Brown, Nakia Burrise, and his co-star Kenan Thompson, took to social media sending prayers and well wishes to Mitchell.
Mitchell remained in the hospital for several hours as doctors ran numerous test to uncover the source of the symptoms he was experiencing. After his release, Mitchell posted a message to fans on Instagram.
“Grateful for the flood of prayers and positive vibes that surrounded me during a genuinely frightening time. The scare was real, but so was the support. With the grace of God and the skill of the medical team, I’m now on the road to recovery at home, embraced by the love of my family. Your kindness has been a lifeline, and I can’t thank you enough. Much love to each of you.”
After posting a message on Instagram Michell decided to followup with a video to ease the concerns of fans and allow them to see for themselves he is doing well.
