One this day, October 10, 2002, TLC released their fourth album “3D”. The album was released six months after the passing of Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes due to a car accident.
“3D” was certified platinum and featured hit songs such as, “Girl Talk”, “Hands Up”, and “Quickie”. The album was in the process of being recorded when the death of Left Eye occurred. She did appear on 5 songs on the album.
TLC remains one of the highest selling girl groups in music history.
