She’s not only a recording artist, but a successful actress as well. The Fleet Mag caught up with the multi-talented Briannagh D for a one on one interview.
New Jersey native Briannagh D began singing and acting at an early age. At eight years old she was already working with a vocal coach to sharpen her talents and attending numerous auditions in hopes of landing that life changing role.
Briannagh D had a natural love for music and entertainment. She encountered many challenges trying to break into the entertainment industry at a young age but she pressed on and achieved success. With the support of her parents, she’s had a steady stream of opportunities come her way.
As time passed, Briannagh D’s career took off. She had the opportunity to work with many talented individuals and even performed at the legendary Apollo Theater. She also worked on a Disney production, appeared in several movies, and attended the VMA’s. Last year she collaborated with Jada Kiss who was featured on her single called Run My Check.
Now 21, Briannagh D has been singing and acting for over a decade. Her hot new single Elevate has the airwaves going wild. She co wrote the single with Eddy the Dancehall Celebrity. The song has that true Jamaican feel good vibe, delivering the perfect way to close out summer. Her goal with this track was to provide a song that reminded people to keep going regardless of who puts you down or gets in your way.
